I have combined my tech blog with this one to aid in trying to streamline my workload. It is not good to multi-purpose a blog but…vida breva, ars longa.
To the MAT is a site to promote the blogs and other work produced in the teaching core, educational technology, and music methods courses by the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) students at Eastern Oregon University. Whew! That was a mouthful! This site is designed to pull together some of the students’ thinking, strategies they are using in the classroom, experiences they are sharing, and project results.

I had a blow-out yesterday. I was surrounded by friends and family and felt totally lifted up with greetings! The weather was incredible as well! Life is GRAND! Gifts, good food, great companionship! I am one lucky person (albeit ancient one!)
Our ED 525 class is blogging about teaching strategies. It is becoming must deeper than that as I had hoped. A,ready, they show more ambition that I have in writing, creating, and polling from their blogs. It is a fine process to watch! I will post a list of them so you can check out what new techers are thinking and studying-becoming professionals!
When is Spring Break? I love my work, I love performing. There has just been a lot of both lately. I am gearing up for Mardi Gras next week and the band at Ten Depot Street (La Grande, Oregon) will be fun and hot! See you there!
